Accounts and access

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. Access is role-scoped; requesting a portal you are not entitled to operate may lead to review of your account.

Records and integrity

Records you submit — applications, evidence, bookings, funding documents — must be truthful. Verification events and audit trails exist so that other participants can rely on them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access data outside your workspace, disrupt the service, or misuse public aggregate information. We may suspend accounts that put other participants at risk.
