What we collect

Account details (name, email, organisation, role), records you create through platform workflows, and operational logs (access sessions and audit events) needed for security and accountability.

How it is protected

Access is role-scoped and gated through a single gateway with optional multi-factor authentication. Sensitive actions are audit-logged. Public pages expose aggregate counts only — never personal, tenant-specific, or record-level information.
