What is this scheme?
SAMRIDH is a government program that supports startups by funding and accelerating innovative tech products so they can grow faster and succeed in the market.
Objectives
- The SAMRIDH scheme supports existing and upcoming Accelerators to select and accelerate potential IT-based startups to scale.
- The programme focuses on accelerating the startup by providing customer connect, investor connect, and internationalisation connect services.
- The Scheme supports selected Accelerators for extending Accelerator services to startup and provide funding.
Who can apply (eligibility)
- Accelerators – registered as Section 8 company under Companies Act 2013 or as Society under Societies Registration Act (not-for-profit).
- IT-based startups.
What do you get?
- To startups: An investment of up to ₹40 lakh to the beneficiary startup (with an average of ₹30 lakh per startup per cohort). An equal matching private investment by the accelerator / investor of up to ₹40 lakh is disbursed to startups based on their current valuation and growth stage.
- To Accelerators: Accelerators develop customized acceleration programs to fit the needs of each startup in the cohort and provide services ranging from customer connect, investor connect, capacity enhancement, product enhancement etc. for which they are provided a budget of ₹2 lakh per startup to a maximum of ₹20 lakh per cohort.
How to apply
Startups to refer to the MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) to access the list of incubators and accelerators in India benefitting from the SAMRIDH scheme and gauge the accelerators most suitable to their needs.

You will leave iHub India. Applications are made directly to Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology — iHub India is not part of the process.
